The place was very tired, We used it as a quarantine hotel but there was no room service. Breakfast was included but menu limited (4 choices) and lunch was available --around 4 choices and had to be ordered at breakfast.
One facecloth was so worn it had a hole in it. No fitted sheets and the bottom ones tended to come unstuck all the time because they were not very big--probably not the most sanitary. The telephone broke and it was our only communication since we were not allowed out of the room. We need it to order dinners and to check for our results. It was replaced fairly promptly once we made the problem known. The toilet broke and the part was completely rusted--the repair person had to go to the hardware store for a new part.
The staff was friendly and helpful and it is possible some of my review is due to the frustration of being stuck there for 6 days because our test results took over 100 hours to come back. There was a small balcony where we were able to eat, which was good because there were no table, only a pretty narrow desk in the room and a couple of bedside end tables. We took a very small low coffee table type plastic table from the hall and moved it to the balcony to put food and drinks on when we were eating. The hotel could have made it nicer by putting larger tables on the balconies in quarantine rooms. At one point we were the only customers.and when we left there were no customers.
Air conditioning worked. Hot water worked in the bath/shower.
