Brilliant location. Attentive staff. 👍Breakfast!

Posted Aug 22, 2017
Very helpful staff in a clean, contemporary and comfortable hotel. Best bits: the location is brilliant for everything west end; and being close to Green Park and Piccadilly Circus gives easy access to everywhere else. The room was beautifully clean, the breakfast was brilliant and the staff always took the initiative to be helpful. The only downside: our classic double room was small and felt cramped once our luggage was in and open. We'll definitely book again but it'll be a bigger room.

Well located hotel with a touch of class

Posted Aug 19, 2017
Pros: The concierge staff were very helpful in suggesting places to visit and offered help to book tickets for us. The hotel also provides a free cell phone
Cons: There is construction happening on the side that we stayed. It got noisy early in the morning.
Location: Walking distance to 3 beautiful parks and the theatre district near Piccadilly Circus where the Tube can be accessed.
Cavendish is well located and provides easy access to transportation and walkable to many attractions including several beautiful parks. Staff are most helpful and have made our stay much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Full on construction going on outside , no discount after staying 25 nights with them. No consideration for the paying guest

Absolutely great location!

Posted Aug 13, 2017
My visit consisted of staying at this hotel for 12 nights, beds were comfortable and rooms were comfortable for my daughter and myself. Not enough closet space for two people and no dresser or drawers to put anything in. I had a superior room, I would have hated to see a standard room, almost talked into upgrading, changed my mind when I found out it would not consist of more closet space or dresser. These rooms do not have dressers, just open shelves in closet. My maid keeper putting 4 facial tissues in my tissue box instead of refilling it with a box until the last day we wondered why and laughed about it, we were glad we had our own tissue for simple things as sneezing. Room was done perfectly everyday nothing to complain about. Room service after 11pm is way to limited to less than 8 items, that should change. Their was one evening when my daughter asked for a taxi, and was told to hail one by going down the street. This was report to one of worlds friendliest and most efficient front desk receptionist named Janet. During the stay I paid for the 12 days but did stay in another country for several days and I felt my things were safe and secure in this hotel.

Convenient Location

Posted Aug 11, 2017
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, large modern bathroom, great views, very helpful staff.
Cons: More space to hang clothes, and/or dresser drawers to put your clothes in. The door also was difficult to push open and it would slam shut.
Location: Surrounded by quaint shops, restaurants, and cafes. Five minute walk to Piccadilly Underground, walking distance to Buckingham Palace.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is surrounded by cobble stone streets and quaint shops, restaurants, and cafes. On Piccadilly Street which is one block away they have places to quickly pick up sandwiches and salads. It is a short walk (4-5 min) to Piccadilly Circus Underground Station. The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was an average size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and modern with a full size tub in addition to a shower. There was a large new flat screen TV on the wall. We were on the 11th floor and had great views of the city and London Eye. The only major downside was that the closet/wardrobe is quite small and already stuffed with two robes and the ironing board, so there is not much room to hang your clothes. There also aren't any dresser drawers to put your clothes in. The door also was a bit difficult to open, you had to push hard and then it would slam shut. However on the whole I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Convenience and Eligance.

Posted Aug 8, 2017
Pros: Location, modern, well kept, quite
Cons: We found the restaurant and lounge to be rather pricey.
Location: Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, St. James Park, Leicester Square are all close by.
The hotel is conveniently located in Westminster. Pretty much all the attractions and sites are within walking distance. Staff was more extremely friendly and helpful. A Short walk gets you to Pica

Stayed here for three nights over a weekend. Staff are incredibly helpful and professional. We had booked a double room it was tiny. Had to shuffle sideways around the foot of the bed. There is a large construction site out of the side of the hotel which we overlooked. This was quiet over the weekend but started up pretty early and was noisy on Monday morning. So I guess week days are different. This is out of control of the hotel but could have been mentioned during the booking process as we had a child. The shower was very spacious but if you've got long hair it's pretty difficult to use to rinse thoroughly as is just not strong enough. We really like this hotel and would definitely book again. But would enquire with hotel which room would be more suitable on booking.

Great location, helpful concierge

Posted Aug 1, 2017
Pros: location, concierge was knowledgeable and friendly
Cons: I was disappointed that the hotel manager would not refund us at least part of our room rate for the 1 night we had to cancel for 1 of our 2 rooms.
good location, nice welcome to London. difficult to get the temperature right in our room- it was always too cold or too warm. bed was very comfortable

Stylish and luxurious hotel in Mayfair locale. Easy walk to buckingham palace, Piccadilly area, and tube station. Comfortable beds. Would be nice if there was more counter space in bathroom.
