“The maid came each day to bring new towels, replenish coffee supplies, and make the beds. The front desk was helpful in getting WiFi to stay on and providing tea bags. Parking space was reserved with room number right outside the door.”

“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……

“The motel was just ok. Nothing special. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be renovated- everything was kind of dingy and outdated.”

“Our family summer trip was ruined by this hotel. The front desk was immediately rude and dismissive, acting annoyed when we asked about basic amenities clearly listed in our reservation. The room was a joke. We were given one king bed for multiple guests, and instead of fixing it, they blamed the booking site. The “extra bed” was a rusty frame with a sagging, broken mattress that no one should ever sleep on. Then came the deal‑breaker: bugs. On night one, ticks were crawling on the sheets.……

“The Inn is centrally-located, and is convenient to restaurants and bars. The performers in the Lounge are varied, friendly, talented, and entertaining. The Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Interns of potential improvements: 1. The drink prices are a bit high. 2. The parking fees are very high.”

“CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……
