The room was perfect. Clean comfortable, roomy, unbeatable view! The balcony was huge with a table and chairs of course facing the Malacon and ocean. The coffee pot left a little to be desired but defiantly usable. Service was top notch and helped with any questions we had. The weather was chilly in the evening but the pool was heated and was able to use it. Loved it. I'll be back!

Unfortunately we had a 6 hour flight delay and arrived in the evening. We advised them of our situation, nerveless we were given different room than on our reservation. We also were given only one key card per room. I miss placed my key card to one room and requested a duplicate. At which time I was charged an additional 200.00 pesos for it. About 10-11.00 US Dollars. Not happy with our service. Area is nice and rooms clean. This was our second visit to this hotel and probably our last. Our past experience with using Hotel.com has been, treatment like a 2nd class client. Charged for extras and sub par service.

Great Place to Stay and Very Affordable

The area is fabulous. The beds are a little firm, but I did have a good sleep. The sheets and pillows could definitely be upgraded. The pool was heated and the view is crazy good. The ME restaurant has superb food and Ricardo is just the cutest waiter with those dimples.

You get sorprice a soon you get, to the hallways is very diferente... the front is very elegant it make you feel... on another level

On going construction of the street in front of the hotel made it dusty and noisy. Hotel facilities and condition need improvement. Wi Fi accessibility was very poor from the room. The only way to connect and stay connected to the Wi Fi was from the hotel lobby.
