Me gusto que son varias instalaciones a las que tienes acceso y las obras de teatro realmente te hacen pasar un rato agradable la comida argentina deja mucho que desear pero la italiana esta de 100 gracias

El cambio fue para respetar el tipo de reservación, quedamos muy complacidos . en verdad disfrutamos nuestra estancia en este extraordinario lugar. una comodidad , un servicio y una atención excelente. su playa, sus albercas, sus Restaurante Maravillosos.

Para más agusto lo elegimos todo pagado y al llegar nos dieron una suite que el cuarto estaba increíble vista ala playa nos encanto todo el servicio el personal muy amable todo se nos iso bien

All inclusive Is not All inclusive

Pros: the pool and beach was good
Cons: overall condition of hotel needs renovation,, it is clean but got to make some changes
Location: well,, location is very good is located at the coastal center of Mazatlan near of many activities and restaurants
well, they only had a couple of restaurants for the all inclusive deal,, there where others but u had to make reservation 1 day in advance to try to get in, the facilities need remodel, but well is a 3.5 star overall it was clean the beach was OK and pools also OK we had some difficulties at our room and it took 2 hours for maintenance to get to it. i can say i paid total of around 340 usd per 3 adults and 3 children including food and drinks around 65 a piece, after this hotel i booked at another 5 star hotel and pay for my own meals,, it was a far better deal that the one offered by EL CID, so people,, the hotel is so so just OK,, but you can get a lot more if u look at the right places

Excelente estancia

Pros: Nos agradaron mucho las instalaciones, la ubicación del hotel, la limpieza, pero sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal.
Cons: Nos gustó mucho la comida de sus restaurantes (fuimos a 4 de los 7); creo que pueden mejorar en el llamado "menú internacional", ofrecer más variedad.
Location: Queriamos paseo a la Isla de Venados pero no pudimos ir, lástima, para la próxima.
Tuvimos nuestras vacaciones iniciando el mes de julio, un clima super estupendo. Nos tocó una suite en el 4o piso y debo decir que fue justamente como lo esperábamos, no complació totalmente la habitación, con el mobiliario adecuado, muy espacioso y confortable, habitaciones limpias, personal amable y en general muy complacidos con nuestra estancia en El Cid Moro. Nos tocó que en una ocasión nos solicitaron permiso para entrar a colocar cable y módem nuevo para el servicio de internet, y debo decir que el personal que se encargó de la tarea hizo el trabajo rápido, y siempre con la supervisión de pesronal del hotel (hasta donde pude observar era una compañía externa la que estaba realizando las adecuaciones).

Pros: Su cercanía al mar, hermosa vista de las islas, buenos restaurantes parte del hotel.
Cons: El servicio de WiFi tiene un costo por día y por cada dispositivo. Pobre cobertura WiFi en los cuartos, es una tortura descargar archivos.
Location: Como a unos 200 metros al norte, sobre la Av. Sabalo Camaron, está el restaurante "La Casa Country" con un gran menú de carnes de muy buena calidad.
La estancia en este hotel fue solo por una noche, como viaje por parte de la empresa. La habitación que originalmente habia reservado era con una cama king size, pero me la promovieron a una suite con dos camas queen, dos baños con bañera y regadera integrada, cocineta, un sofa-cama; contaba con vista a la alberca y al mar.

Relaxing Stay

We booked an all inclusive. There are many restaurant options at the resort and the pools are wonderful. The only thing is, you have to make reservations for some of the restaurants a day in advance or else you will be eating at the buffet every evening like we did. A tip of 20-40 pesos goes a long way. The servers and cleaning staff are extra friendly and helpful. Apparently tourists do not tip now a days. El Cid (and Mazatlan in general), is a relaxing and beautiful place.

Ants

Upon arrival, I was greater by bell boy. He took my bags and led me in. I got to front desk and it took almost 30 minutes to check me in. As I was heading to my room I was asked if I would like to view a time share presentation for the next day. I said no thank you. This lady was so persistent that it got to the point of feeling uncomfortable to keep saying no. I got to my suit finally. The room was clean and the view was magnificent. There was a fee to was dishes, I thought that should be included in the package. When I tried to use my wifi there was a fee for that as well. For as much as I paid for this 1 bedroom suite at this 5 star hotel it was appalling that these services were not complimentary. I was told that I could bring up to 5 guests (family that live in mazatlan) as long as they brought a i.d. When I picked them up and brought them to the hotel, the clerk charged me 200 pesos each guest. I was told that this services was free. Also, I had to wear the el cid bracelet and could not take it off. Not only is this uncomfortable, but it made me and my family a target. Anywho, to the ant incident. We had room service one night, when we woke up our room counter was crawling with ants all over our belongings (we were on the 8th floor!). not a good time. I had to deal with these ants for 4 days. Besides being nickled and dimed for everything except breathing, the pools and the views were nice.
