We have stayed at this property twice, as the staff are all amazing and go out of their way to make your stay perfect! The location is at the tip of the golden zone - so its quiet - which we like, but close enuf to entertainment that you can walk or take transportion. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the food/drinks. No matter what kind of drink you order, they all taste the same. As for the food, there aren't enuf options, and there is an upcharge for anything "fancy" like a steak. In my opinion, those should be included with all inclusive.

While the stay and property were nice, having stayed at a Pueblo bonito resort before I will say the quality of food has gone down. In addition despite a room upgrade, my mother required a refrigerator for her medication, unfortunately we were told there were no refrigerators in the room and that they did not have buckets of ice. She was instructed to ask for ice at the bar or to leave the medication in the employee refrigerator. The staff was very kind and helpful otherwise.

Which they still allow the live music to play on the beach many guests complained about not being able to have the live bands on beach!

Unfortunately, this property was a disappointment. No entertainment, food average at best (Do NOT pay extra for lobster or Italian) Wine and beer would be the only choices as it seems they pour less than a shot per drink of alcohol, meaning undetectable. All inclusive, only includes cheap liquor. You pay extra for top shelf choices. The room: We found dead bugs every morning on the floor. When told to the front desk, they shrugged and said, "bees." Huge power fan on and off through the night. No frig, ice machine or microwave. Clothes and bedding felt damp. Nowhere immediately around the hotel for other food choices. Went to the aquarium where we found we were too late for the sea lion show. You could see small penquins for free. If you want to feed the love birds, it was extra. There are no other attractions at the aquarium. At least it gave us something to do for a few hours.

Everything was absolutely delightful. Everything was amazing from staff to our room the pool . I was beyond satisfied all the guys were so nice and attentive to our needs. I will say the females were a little stuck up but we didn't really deal with them. Otherwise we are in love with this place.

I am a 62 years old and my generation is traveling a lot, i was surprised that they had non alcoholic beer. It was very important for me as me and my generation are getting older and not drinking as much but would still like to socialized with non alcoholic beers. Excellent touch. We will be back.

Our stay at Pueblo Bonito was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good, there were many options at Cilantros. The drinks were definitely watered down, but that’s expected. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Shout out to Guillermo at the bar and Lorenzo who served us poolside. The only downside is as a pueblo bonito guest you cannot hire the banda on the beach.

Stayed here in 2021. I enjoyed my perks, but was really disappointed that I was not able to hire the live band at the public beach due to a new policy. This was the highlight of my last trip. My other issue, the hotel was hosting a large group of pre-teens, a school event. The kids were out of control. Reported the kids horsing around in an adult only jacuzzi. Security asked them to leave but they continued coming back. I understand that this is a family friendly hotel, but they were out of control and several quests had to endure their behavior. On our last day, the same group of students placed small fish in the jacuzzi. It was reported to security, but aside from asking them to leave the jacuzzi nothing was done. I understand that it may be difficult to appease all your guests, but the kids were out of control our entire stay.

On behalf of Pueblo Bonito, we regret that your experience with us has not been the best. We classify ourselves as a hotel with a family atmosphere. For this reason, we do not allow the hiring of bands that could disrupt the order. In fact, we had a group of children who have an itinerary, we hope you give us another opportunity to have the pleasure of serving you again in the future

We had a lovely stay , the food and activities were great ! But we missed the theme nights and dancing we received at other resorts. Overall a resort I plan on returning to in the future.

I went to go have a good time the music is very low and only play certain music. The service is all about tips If you don’t tip u don’t get good service. Also it a non smoking hotel they don’t have a smoking area. They tell you not to get the Banda on the beach 👎
