One night stay

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk and helpful. Heavy construction in the area and it is a little hard to get around but the hotel is great!

Nice Hotel close to work

Pros: It was quiet
Cons: Fridge could have been colder, wish they would switch to Keurig Coffee maker
Location: Close to restaurants and freeway
Enjoyed a good night sleep and enjoyed breakfast..

Last minute stop.

I booked this very last second as we needed a place to stay for the night in our way home to Illinois from Texas. Excellent overall. Room was really spacious. It was clean and the breakfast was great. My son enjoyed the pool as a break from two days of driving in a car. I was worried as we were driving through towns to get there, but it was fairly modern and near lots of restaurants.

Disappointed Business Traveler.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn and Suites probably a total of ten times. I left a bag in the room the last stay and had a missed call from the Hotel saying that I had left items. I called the number back twice within 30 minutes to let them know if was an accident and I received a message that asked me to "enter a pin or mailbox number" after roughly 20 rings. No one would answer the phone at the desk. I went after work to pick my bag up and was told I would be charged for the room. I had gotten to the hotel at 4:30. Parking lot was empty so I know this was a lack of customer service and understanding. I had to leave to drive to Missouri the same night and the manager would not be in "until the morning". As an HHonors member and a traveling businessman who stays at more than 80 hotels a year, you would think that the hotel staff would be willing to work with you. I will not be staying at Hampton Inns any longer with following this type of customer service. I guess they dont take their "100 percent satisfaction" slogan very seriously.

Friendly, easy check in. Comfortable room, VERY clean. Definitely staying here again.
