Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming...Thank you! It's important to us to feel welcomed after a long travel. The room was great, beds were comfy and the bathroom was especially clean and well stocked. We enjoyed Braums :) Not fancy; but good.

I was worried because I don’t know the area and the price was so affordable but this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean, lots of space and great breakfast!

Great stay, staff was super friendly. Our first rooms heat wouldn’t come on but they moved us quickly and all was good. Bed great! Pillows great! Breakfast was very good too!

The bed was very comfortable and there was a choice of firm or soft pillows which was very nice. However the overall condition of the room needed some maintenance. The shower enclosure caulking had mold, the shower head had mold, and the shower head was not strapped in the wall and it moved back and forward. One of the drawer handles had come completely loose and fell off. There was a light missing above the coffee brew station. The staff could not freshen our room after our first day (we spent two nights) because of staffing shortages. Over all I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall a great stay!
The only complaint I have is that the lobby area and elevator could use a deep clean. All the work traffic going in and out makes it smell musty.

The AC units were not working. The sheets were dirty. Large black marks and brown spots on comforter. The desk clerk moved our room but the humidity in the room was horrible. Clean sheets is a must.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30. The hot tub is green and filled with dirt, algae, and flowers. It was blocked off with a cone. Our key card worked at first but not later. HD to get reprogrammed but then still didn’t work. Worker finally gave a new card. Guy at front desk is friendly, just have had a lot of issues.
