The hotel was better than I expected. Besides the loud guests, I had no specific issues with the hotel and the accommodations itself. I would recommend others to stay and I would stay here again.

Good location. Main room door ajar and/or with gap and unable to have complete seal. Old towels. Very dirty carpet stains. Totally did not expect from Best Western as previous experiences at other locations much, much better.

Staff was able to assign a room with not too much traffic noise. The tub was annoying water dripped out of the faucet all night. Couldn’t get the hot water to work correctly

Check in and out was super easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night, there was one noise problem in the shopping center at the back of the hotel, but the staff handled it quickly and we had a very peaceful night. The room was clean, breakfast was good, we will most definitely stay again.

Everything was going as planed buy at the time of leaving the hotel I was in a hurry and I forgot my Phone I noticed it right away but I check with another device and showed that it was at the hotel I went to do what I needed to do thinking that I was going to get it back I remember where I left it and everything but no they said that no one found anything I don’t like problems but I do report them and they where aggressive when I came back so I did not get my phone back

Hotel staff friendly and attentive. Staff running the breakfast were extra attentive, quickly replenishing finished items and cleaning up eating area.
Our room was right by the stairs/bar area which was loud from upstairs guests going in and out through the night.

Was great, clean , nice and good price. I don’t like I had to leave a deposit… I guess should have to be made a list of people who are not the best or the worst guests. Because we never had made any damage in a hotel.

Friendly people, very well staffed house keeping people were everywhere. Very clean and just a simple place to get a good nights rest. The Toucan Lounge was also a fun place with locals and guests. Breakfast was very nice too.
