They would not provide me a reciept or even allow me to see a copy of what I would be billed for. That is total unacceptable because I need this for my expense account. I can not continue to use this service with this policy in place.

Very nice place to stay. Pretty landscaping. Good weather in San Juan made it nice.

Staff was frigid. No smiles. Never tended to my complaint that i wanted to move out the minute i got to my room. Food was horrible. Never staying there ever

When I got to the room is was dirty and a toothbrush in the shower that they didn’t throw and the trash can already had trash with pampers from previous poeple staying here

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Price was good. Location not bad, though easier to get out of it than to get in (due to road planning, not the hotel's fault). Close to airport, shopping. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle, but I was pleased to overhear a visitor using the shuttle to get to the nearby grocery store. Nice service!
