Nice hotel

Nice hotel, good location, I dont like the rooms, the beds, and the bathroom.

Nice hotel, but power went out!

Pros: Good location
Cons: Quality of beds and TV
Location: Mall was really close and Poncho's mexican restaurant next door was great
Nice hotel, attentive staff. One of the double beds had a hump in the center, but somehow it was fairly comfortable. The tv controls and quality of the tv left a lot to be desired. The power went out at around 6am, right when we were getting ready to start our day. We couldn't really do anything until power returned around 10am

Friendly and Courteous Staff

The Front Desk Agent, Rolando was excellent. We arrived early and he was able to accommodate us in a room prior to the regular check in. We were attending a wedding so this was very helpful. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The location was great and there were restaurants close by.

no Hilton standarts

Pros: the room was very clean good job for the Housekeeping.
Cons: the desk clerk need to have more training in reference how the answer to the guest.
Location: good location, nice places to visit.
I try to get a wake call at the desk and the clerk set the wrong time also is a big crack in the bathroom by the shower and the lamp by the desk is not work, so in general is not the Hilton standarts

Very nicely appointed and the staff was great. We did have one issue in a room that had ants (from a left open window). This certain caused and issue having them in the bed and getting into our luggage but the staff handled it perfectly and reimbursed the room costs for the effected guest as well as moving him to an appropriate room immediately . Overall a great stay. VERY comfortable beds.

Pros: The hotel overall was great, clean , staff was always to serve you.
Cons: nothing
Location: Every where you look you see a different restaurant
I would recommend this hotel the staff is always very attentive and always with a smile.

I'm so sorry as we only have king & full beds available and about the noise. There are some rates that do include breakfast or if you are a Diamond or Gold member you have the option for comp breakfast.

This hotel is not all that great. I paid over a hundred dollars a night for a room that was small and beds were not comfy at all. The hotel staff were polite and you can have breakfast in the morning which you have to pay for. But other than that it was ok

Close to airport, mall, excelent staff. Facilities not great but in good condition
