I could not believe when my wife and son called me and said they didn't allow dogs. All over Expedia's website at Holiday Inn's website they ADVERTISE pet friendly. They were on a trip alone and had to find a hotel that takes dogs fast. Fortunately they did with no help from Expedia or Holiday Inn. Extremely upset.

We will be filing a complaint with the local authorities. They refused are very wonderful service dog and made us leave the premises before we even checked in. We inform them of the law and that that is not acceptable and they said they didn't care. This was going to be our second stay there but we will never go again
The common areas and our room was very clean upon our arrival. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced during the day while we were gone. I called the front desk and let them know. They reported it and brought us fresh towels to use quickly. This was disappointing since this is a service paid for an included in the price of the room. The cleaning service apparently wrote that we 'denied cleaning service' when they came to our room which was not true since we were gone 8a-9p that day. Everything else was good.

At first we were disappointed. The fridge and microwave were not working, after alerting the staff they were quick to remedy this issue.
A very comfortable stay. Great variety at breakfast. Staff easy going.

Horrible experience!
On-site team refused to quiet a VERY LOUD room. Didn’t call the police and completely ignored my requests to make the situation better! There was def call girls in the room playing loud music! I will never stay here again!
