There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleans everyday. I wasn't disturbed by noisy neighbors. I felt safe in this neighborhood.

Nice quiet comfortable hotel
Nice little quiet place, plenty of food options as well as the mall is literally within walking distance. The room was clean, water was hot and the ac/heat worked just fine. I would stay here again.

This is the place to stay if you are ok with basics. There are many perks to the area it is located! You are literally across the Plaza Mall so you don't need to go hunting for mall parking, just make sure you have the La Copa parking permit visible on your car. There are many food options around you. There is fast food such as mcdonalds, whataburger (open 24hrs), and there are restaurants such as Ihop, and those trendy bar and grills too. There is always housekeeping, and we never had any issues with service. Front desk employees are absolutely amazing and very nice. If you are flying into mcallen, this hotel is literally walking distance from the airport. The rooms could use some updating especially the doors, they don't seal very well so you feel all the draft from outside. TV is awesome, mini fridge as well, and a nice desk. There is no recycling that we saw, but there is trash cans situated throughout the exterior to throw your trash if needed. Walls are a bit thin so behave, and you also hear kids yelling/crying/etc so just be prepared. We would stay here again!
