THIS GUEST WAS UPSET BECAUSE HE ALWAYS BOOKS A SMOKING ROOM BUT DEMANDS A NON SMOKING ROOM. GUEST WAS YELLING AT SOMEONE ON PHONE AND ASKED TO PLEASE KEEP IT DOWN AND BEGAN TO COMPLAIN. MANAGEMENT

WORSE SERVICE I have ever gotten. I asked for a smoking room twice and the guy still gives me a non smoking room. I tell him and he tells me “I heard non smoking theres nothing I can do” come on man I told you twice. He looked all drousy just yawning and with a really bad attitude. WORSE WORSE WORSE SERVICE

Comfortable enough. Good. Value.
Good value for the money. The housekeeper was a bit rude trying to hurry me check out before it was time, but I’ve stayed there before and it’s the first time it happened. Rest of customer service was good.

High mold in walls of property from water damage, shower falling through floor, roaches, could not get in room when I came back and spent 30 minutes with staff while he figured out I had not been entered into computer. Covers are old curtains sewn together, old nasty stained mattresses, old nasty clumpy pillows and window air unit worked only with extreme cold. These rooms should not be occupied by anyone in the condition they are in and should be reported to county, state and city health departments for closure.

Not so good, I’ve been there before and was better
Too much cigar smell seems like some guest prior was smoking inside the room and there were lack of cleaning process, shower floor was old and dirty. Blankets sheets was burned by cigarette in both beds. The TV remote control was not at the room and I asked the person on the lobby for it, and the answer was that there was not remote control for that, I need to turn tv and change channel manually.

Nasty and old
worst experience ever.. the hotel is in deplorable conditions, matresses are sooo old and uncomfortable, with big and deep holes. There were cockroaches in the room, very very nasty. Furtniture is very old and damaged.

There was roaches everywhere, a dirty towel that had blood or makeup on it, the sheets on one of the beds had cigarette burns on it. No tv, no wifi, no phone to call down to the office. I guess we got what we paid for.

Front desk person was understanding and gave us different room cause of smell.. Then in next room comforters had big stain on one bed and some blood stains on other. We decided to go to store and when returned noticed 3 cockroaches crawling around our bed and bags .. small cockroaches
