This hotel is just great.

Location: easy access to the city of Mcallen, Tx.
The staff was just great and rooms were exceptionally maintained. The free breakfast was just great, Thanks!

We stayed a few days and everything was great.

Your hotel was centeral to all we wanted to see. The staff and the hotel were very nice. It was quite eventhough it was on the highway.

Pros: Everything!
All of the staff we met during our stay were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and very comfortable. This hotel was very quiet and the housekeeping staff is top notch.

Close hotel to wedding venue

Pros: Pet friendly hotel and the customer service at the front desk.
Cons: Cleanliness in hallways and elevators. Room temperature was hot and uncomfortable!
The hotel itself is going under some renovations so the hallways smelled like paint. The fact the hotel is pet friendly is something we absolutely loved! I did not like the fact the elevator carpet was smelly and old and so were the hotel room halls. The proximity close The Corinthian event center is what made it worthwhile.

Pros: Night clerk made us feel very welcome and at ease after a long drive
checked in at night. Night clerk was very helpful and happy spirited. She was very pleasant and eager to help us enjoy our stay. Hotel was under renovations.

Remodeling

1st room they checked me into the bathroom sink leaked to the floor. They are remodeling & it was christmas so they didn't have any rooms and told me to just put a towel on the floor. Then they found me another room that just got remodeled since maintenance wouldn't be able to fix the sink. The next room they moved me to smelled like paint really bad, had no bathroom mirror, some lamps didn't work, and it got white dust all over my clothes. I needed a place to stay so i had to deal with it but i couldn't sleep with the heavy paint smell. I wanted to tell them all this when i checked out but they never asked how my stay was.
