The breakfast they serve is common breakfast for my heritage that I come from, so we like the breakfast. The employees are also always friendly and courteous.

This hotel is dirty! I unfortunately stayed at this hotel the first room they tried to give me the smell of urine was unbearable. The second room they tried to give us the smell wasn’t as bad till I sat on the couch and noticed the couch cushion was wet with urine the smell was horrible. I took the cushion and gave it to the person working the front desck and told him to smell it and he confirmed it was urine. It was was 1am when we moved to a third room it was too late to be able to book at another hotel so we stayed in the 3 room that I must say was not clean either. The manager was no where to be found all weekend you would think they would have some type of manager to handle this type of situation. Don’t stay here!!

The Hotel is great, Breakfast was delicious and rooms are very spacious. The only bad thing I have to say is that we stayed there for 3 day and our beds were never made and room did not get clean. The first day they went to service our room like at 5pm so we only asked for clean towels and toilet paper. The second day they did not go at all, the third day they went while we were gone and only took trash and gave us clear towels but that's it, our beds were not done and room did not get clean.

Clean hotel!!
For the first time in a long time I actually enjoyed my stay at a hotel. Room was clean not musky!! Bed and bedding was fabulous!!! I especially was in awe of the Dove soap and dispensers in the shower!!! My kids really enjoyed the breakfast. I have no complaints!!

Yearly Pilgrimage to Our Lady of San Juan
Overall it was good. The room was clean, service was friendly, the WiFi worked, all amenities in the room worked. Only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower was low. Very accessible to the freeway, easy to locate.

The lady who checked us in, was very nice quick and pleasant. However, the room was dirty, the bed had prominent divots on both sides. Very uncomfortable. There was a fire evacuation and then told I had to leave… no help given… people left on their own to find another place to stay.
