Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was clean and it was easy access from the highway
Cons: I would improve the mattress. Although it was not horrible the mattress could be updated
We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was when we booked our room it included the jacuzzi however we we not able to use it because we did not pay full price for the room. When I book a room with a jacuzzi, I expect to be able to use it. :(. I was informed that in the future if I book online and want to use the jacuzzi we need to let the staff know in order for them to tell us if and what the additional cost would be.

Pros: El refrigerador de la habitación no funcionaba, no nos podiamos conectar al wifi y al hacerlo la señal no era tan adecuada. El desayuno es muy simple
Cons: La señal de WIFI no es tan buena y uno batalla mucho para conectarse.
Location: al lado esta un lubbys, cercano una farmacia, pizza hut y demas tiendas de conveniencia.
El hotel esta bien ubicado, en general cumple con lo basico. Podrian mejorar mucho respecto al personal que tienen ya que la misma persona que estaba en recepcion es la que antendia en el comedor de desayuno y a veces no es suficiente solo 1 persona.

Es un Hotel al que no volvere, ya que esta muy viejo, area para desayunar muy pequeña, decoracion muy anticuada, atencion y servicio pobre y sobre todo no escuchan a los clientes.

The staffs was friendly. The rooms were very nice and I loved the pillows. The blankets were a little thin but the pillows were heaven. The only thing I didn't like was that I was charged once the day before and again at check out and while technically it was only once charge, I'll have too wait a few days to access my money. Which I thought was weird they do that and it is a pretty big inconvinece and no other hotel I've stayed at has done this before. So for that reason I wouldn't reccomend to a friend. I may stay there if I just walk in but I won't reserving again.
