Needs improvement

Remote was not working, couldn't be fixed. Wanted to go to sleep and the main light wouldn't turn off! Called the front desk and the guy offered to either move us or come up and see if he can unscrew it...breakfast was not good euther. It's supposed to be from 6-10.. showed up at 9:30 and they were out of everything! Asked the lady to please put out more waffle mix and juice and sausage and she said no because breakfast ends in 30 mins!.....

Notice of Renovations

Pros: We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Cons: Fresher room smell and new beds.
Location: We go to the Basilica and Boarder Fest every year.
It wasn't presented nor was I told that the hotel was having renovation work at the time of my stay. The lobby area was unappealing (shoe molding removed and dry wall exposed) (ceiling tile dirty and sloppy, pieces about to fall) and had a moldy/musky smell that was very noticeable. When we arrived to the room, the same smell was twice as strong, I had to turn on the A|C and place the fan on HI to get the air moving. The bed mattress's were really worn down, no support.

Great hotel, nice

The staff went above and beyond to help. My room was excellent and modern. Comfortable room and very clean. It had the mini fridge I needed. I ll def stay again

Hotel Under Construction

The hotel is currently under construction. There was only one person at the front desk and she was not helpful. I would not stay there again.

In remodeling phase

Pros: See above experience
Half of the hallways were painted. Drywall all over lobby. No ice machine or vending machines - unplugged. Our door lock did not work and needed the staff to help us in the room every time we left. Room clean, newly remodeled,comfortable new bed, but difficult to walk out the door and see how old and dirty things were and are. Maybe it will be great when all completed. Also hallway smelled unclean. ON A GREAT NOTE, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD.. Call and make sure the remaining remodeling is complete before staying there. It will be a 4-5 then!
