The room is exactly like the ad pictures, renovated and very clean. Staffs are extremely friendly. Good breakfast.

It was a old building, They tried to update the bathroom but it was horrible. It had a hole in the wall behind the toilet, The shower was horrible. You had to get into the shower to turn it on so that means you were going to get hit with cold water. The closet was so little and small. A bug crawling on the wall behind the beds. The floor was dirty. I barely slept that night. I got the hell out of there first thing in the morning. The best thing about the hotel was it had a nice bar and dance floor and it was two blocks from the Conference Center.

The posting on Expedia said there were exercise facilities, and the hotel was pet friendly. However, there was no exercise room, and we were accused of having a pet, so we would be charged $40. Also, the night sprinklers go all over your car, so you end up with bad water spots. The breakfast buffet is great.

My room was not ready and I had to wait over an hour (4:00 p.m.) to check in. In order to accommodate my inconvenience, the delightful desk clerk upgraded me to a queen suite. The suite's design would be perfect for a family or two couples, but had no plates, cups, utensils or anything I could use for the provided microwave. The refrigerator worked well. Wireless internet speed was excellent, but the cable TV needed attention. It appeared the previous occupant disconnected the cables in order to play games.

Front desk and breakfast staff were lovely but the housekeeping staff was making noise (vacuuming, talking, letting doors slam) in the hallways from around 10pm-12:30am each night and kept me awake, despite not cleaning my room once during my stay. The breakfast was nothing special and the coffee was particularly bad. For the cost I was sincerely disappointed.

Unique property- used to be old Air Force base. Wish the pool was bigger or they had two.

They have a great staff on hand. I had a problem with my AC that was taken care of quick. How quick you ask. After hanging up the phone I walked the to the front door to look outside. The technician was on his way to my room.
