I truly appreciate the incredible staff. When my elderly aunt experienced an issue, the staff, housekeeping, and maintenance team responded immediately without hesitation. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to jump into action made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I am sincerely grateful for everything they did to assist both my aunt and me. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The staff was friendly but not interested in being there for the customer, on their phone or talking to other staff. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Hotel does not have a restaurant nor is there one near by. Staff could not recommend restaurants, did not know the area very well. Property is run down but room was clean and lots of parking.

Breakfast was horrible all 3 days we were here. 1st day Breakfast: Biscuits and slop gravy, with little specs of sausage in it. No bacon, eggs, sausage or "Full Breakfast" they advertised. Continental at best. Juice machine was off. I had to ask why. They turned it on, but it gave me some nasty watered down residue that I dranked and had to spit out. They then had to clean it out and did a lot of steps to make it drinkable. Coffee was Cold or leftover 2nd day Breakfast: Potatoes and something that looked like frozen chicken bites or nuggets. Batter was falling off from being previously frozen. No Eggs, bacon, sausage or the "Full Breakfast" they advertised. Coffee was cold or leftover Went outside around 2:00am Monday morning to smoke, and the same overnight rep from Fri, Sat, Sun , who failed at making a "Full Breakfast" for guest 3days in a row was sitting down washing dishes and had already put out the Breakfast that starts at 6am. That's 4hrs it will be sitting there. What got me was they have now combined the leftover Biscuits and Gravy from Sat morning with the Sun morning Potatoes and Chicken bites together to appear as though it is a "FULL Breakfast for Monday morning's guest. 😆 What a Joke. I only booked with this hotel because of their pool and the so-called "Full Breakfast" included. What a let down. 😠 Thank God there are a few restaurants nearby to go to.

Whole hotel has odors. Pine sol ish in the lobby, then rooms smell wet and it like mold/mildew. Beds are very hard. Carpets dirty. Sofa in room was stained and dirty. Just feels dirty. Fitness area is small and only includes dumbbells up to 45 and treadmills. Pool and the area around was not cleaned in the entire 2 nights I was there. Also didn’t appear the filters were functioning properly as the water remained still when no one was in the pool. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and microwaved sausage. Biscuits and gravy appeared to be put out for a second morning, and the pastries most definently re used a second day. Nothing tasted good or fresh.
