“After a long day of travel, my wife and I were looking forward to spending some time in the woods, under the stars. However, the entire bus was filthy,(except for the sheets) the place smelled awful...smoky, musty and like the whole barn had lived in it at some point. It was muggy and quite honestly, kinda seemed like a place you might come away with bedbugs or maybe even lice...nothing was mowed or weed whacked, the hammock was moldy and there was dirty dishes sitting on the table outside……

“Really enjoyed our stay at this quaint little cottage on Claytor Lake. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The town was really close and Thee Draper Village was enjoyable. “Very clean. We appreciated the snacks, tea, bottled water, and the hygiene items in the bathroom. Some expense has gone into very nice pillows, mattress, and bath towels. I suggest a floor mat on the inside of the front door, a mattress pad, kitchen hand towel and dishcloth, dish rack for drying dishes, and a large kitchen trash can.”
