Overall good stay.

Beds were not the softest but this one pillow on the bed was so soft. Ice machine on each floor. Pool was disappointing. Found a baby sock in my room. Front desk staff was friendly. Lemon water available in the front was delicious. Overall it was a nice stay, the area was nice and quite. Places to eat within walking distance.

VERY DISSAPOINTED

We booked into the hotel after paying in full the week before to hotels.ca. Hotel needed our visa for incidentals but it would not go through (even though we had used it for gas 3 times that day). Person behind the desk called her boss and was told it's our fault that our visa is not working. We left for dinner and paid by the same card and it was ok. We went back and after a good 1/2 hour, were told hotels.ca did not enter our card number in the file. We tried again and nothing. Because the card did not work we could not access our room key. Finally (after 10pm/and 15 hrs of driving) they gave us access to our room but we could not leave because we could not go back in. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE WAY WE WERE TREATED/. Not the hotel or hotels.ca cared that we were tired and no one wanted to help. We were just told it was our fault even though we tried 3 different credit cards. Will never go back to this hotel and I will never use hotels.ca ever again. We were not even offered a free breakfast or any other compensation.

Nice Hotel but the new restaurant is rowdy

I stayed here the night before my wedding just to get out of the house and spend quality girl time. The hotel was nice! It was very clean and accommodating. However, a new restaurant just opened directly in front of the hotel and it has a very rowdy atmosphere. We could hear the music and conversation until later in the night when the restaurant closed. My advise if you stay here and want to get to bed early, stay on the back side of the hotel. Other than that it was great!

house keeping is so bad, didn't give me bath towel, didn't clean the rubbish can. Sent dry cleaning for 3 days, supplier still didn't pick up.

The staff was excellent and the room, nice, clean, with fridge and microwave. We were missing a few amenities, which were quickly supplied and sincere apologies were received. Great half way stop from Cincinnati to Anna Marie Island :)
