Was there for only a short rest before moving on but the staff was very nice and the rooms were pleasant but did find hair on my sheets and on the bathroom floor.

Trip to SUNY CortlandPosted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Affordable, close to SUNY Cortland, bed comfortable.
Cons: Décor could be upgraded, bedspread not visually appealing.
Location: SUNY Cortland close by. Several affordable restaurants near by as well.
Came to the area for an orientation at SUNY Cortland. Hotel was convenient to the college. Decent enough room for a two night stay. Very affordable. Nothing spectacular but the bed was comfortable.

Worked for one night stop overPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: price, including breakfast
Cons: appearance...needs to be refreshed, old replaced.
Location: not much in McGraw but Cortland very nearby and has what you may need in terms of eating, pharmacy, gas, etc.
We weren't looking for anything fancy as we were just on our way home to Canada from a longer stay in NYC. We needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night and this hotel met our needs. Rooms are just like the photos, bathroom was in need of some repair (walls were patched but not repainted over the repair, etc). All was clean however. Beds were ok...one made lots of noise every time you changed positions. Quiet location and just down highway from town (Cortland) where there were plenty of restaurants etc. Breakfast was fine - simple but did the trick. Easy check in and out. No issues. Didn't pay much and got what we paid for.

Hotel is inexpensive.Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros - free breakfast. Staff is nice. Otherwise, hotel is dilapidated. Carpet is old. Odd odor...AC doesn't work very well.

Overnight Business TripPosted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: It was very convenient access to I81 and within easy drive of my meeting in Ithaca. Very close to a gas station and Dunkin Donuts, as well.
Cons: I was interested in a clean, comfortable room at a great price, so I am not sure I can think of any improvements needed.
Location: My business meeting was in Ithaca, and it was a convenient drive.
I arrived late at night for a business trip. Check-in was fine. Room was comfortable, and had connections I needed to charge phone and tablet. And I had reserved the room for a great price. Breakfast in the morning had everything I needed, as well.
