The staff of the motel were professional and pleasant. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was that the room heater didn’t function. The surrounding area was next to a highway and train line and didn’t seem very well kept.

Ok place to stay for a few days visit, nothing fabulous. Room was clean, convenient location. They got some full time residents at the hotel. We had someone above us with a couple kids running back and forth making stomping noise over our heads. It was kind of annoying at time, the owner asked the lady upstairs to quiet the kids down, but didn't help at all. Luckily between 11 and 7 it was quiet to sleep.

I like the rooms were very nice n clean n the heat was good n the tv was good n the refrigerator did not work n you need tissues in the room n a coffee pot other then that we enjoyed the motel

Basic dirty room out of the cold
The staff at the front desk was pleasant. The room was dirty. The TV even had a sticky grime on it. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the cover to the box spring. No in room coffee but was told there was some available if you were in the lobby before 10am. Checkout was 11 so didn't bother going down. TV remote didn't work and had to have front desk staff come turn it on. Was told it was finicky. Didn't bother changing channels because it was so aggravating.

Booked two rooms they were no next to each other or even on the same floor. Out room had a metal prong broken off in the electrical outlet, the toilet was broken. I was told the room is a non-smoking room and has never been anything else however the room had a strong odor of smoke and burn marks on the tub and bed cover and blanket. Was told the room was newly remodeled last year. We had to pay a little over $200 with taxes for the night because it was parent weekend at Cortland College...Ridiculous!!

The check-in was super quick, we stayed in a Regular King Bedroom and the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Place was quiet and had no problems with hot / cold water in the bath. It’s a nice decent room and out stay was for one night with family and we liked it.

Rooms clean can tell was recently updated halls smell weird guessing thats cause of smoking rooms so thats to be expected. Tvs are not smart tv so that was tough. but i had my ipad so no issue. wifi was good. only thing I didnt like was bed comfort too springy would suggest a topper or something but thats my own preference

Overpriced
This hotel smelled. They should make more of an effort to air it out. Mattress was flimsy, tv did not work and windows were very dirty. On the positive side they had small fridge and microwave and the floor was nice.

Total dump. Looked like a drug hang out. People running around slamming doors Cigarette butts all over the place. First room they put me in had non working AC and the door would not lock properly and had a hole in it.

Horrible they tried to put blame on my boys because they had kids running around the hotel banging doors and i make a complain and then they try to make up allegations while they have crack heads walking around the hotel
