Pros: The manager was excellent. She is a keeper
Cons: A little more variety and changing up on the breakfast
We were there for 9 days. We were searching for a new home so we could relocate from California to Texas. The hotel was in a nice centralized location. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient to shopping and freeways near Dallas

Pros: Convenience, cleanliness, breakfast, safety and pet friendly.
Cons: We had no wifi available on this trip.
Location: Very close to freeways, shopping, restaurants and local family found us easily.
We arrived 2 hours before a super cell / hail storm hit Frisco, which made us postpone our supper plans with family. Thankfully there was no damage to our vehicle. We felt safe and was protected as best as possible. All of our agenda plans were accomplished (appointments, shopping & visiting). We plan to stay there again when traveling to that area. My pet was easy to walk and stayed calm; I'm very pleased when my pet is happy.

Overbookedthw hotel and cancelled my room when I got there @ 12:30 am after driving 4 hrs.

Wi-Fi was down all 3 days. Sad the good staff couldn't fix it quickly.

Double booked

Double booked are room that we had for 2 nights so made us leave after are first night

Second stay was not as nice as the first one.

Pros: Location, breakfast, and safety the most.
Cons: Not really sure how to make things a lot better. I know pleasing everyone is a challenge, but more than one trash can would have been nice.
Location: We mix business with pleasure when making these trips. Family is nearby, shopping is convenient, and restaurants to meet for a visit are plentiful.
First stay was very nice which is why we stayed there a second time; however, the second stay we experienced the inconvenience of having no water for hours at the most inconvenient time for us. There was also noise from other rooms above us that went on into the night. We were not compensated for the inconveniences but will stay one more time and hope the inconveniences do not reoccur.

Excellent location. Everything else could b better

Easy to find. Excellent location. Parking lot is a bit cramped. Too many dogs (which may be great if u like dogs.) Front desk personnel were helpful, but not very professional appearance. The walls are thin, so don't plan to sleep thru the alarm clock in the next room. Nice carpet. Breakfast was bad. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning room between nights 1 and 2.

Fast and easy check in! Everything was clean, quiet and calm. Location is great! Nice area and neighborhood. Will be back for more stays here definitely. 5/5 stars!

Few options

Pros: Convenience
Cons: Cleanliness.
My traveling and companion and I needed a restful place after a long day of driving culminating with awful Dallas traffic. Looking online we found this hotel. The desk staff was friendly enough and the room amenities were passable. However the hallways and elevator were very dirty with debris visible along the baseboards and edges. The breakfast choices were less than expected. My companion is a tea drinker an d the only option was green tea. There was no tea at all in the room. The breakfast attendant was not at all helpful and quite sullen. Having stayed at a LaQuinta in Rockport/Fulton earlier in our trip with excellent service and clean, well-appointed rooms, we were very disappointed in this facility.

hotel quality

Cons: change apples to gala , hv fresh fruits, fresh bread, do not deep fry potatoes, refill counter food, train front desk with room directions
smelly rooms, dirty elevators ,frequent room lock out /swipe card disabled every day, breakfast apples bad quality , no quick refills of over counter food during breakfast. Night time out of foam cups for coffee, poor directions to room from front desk, overfried potatoes ,bread does not look fresh
