Last minute booking

I booked this hotel at the last min. The price was affordable and the hotel was great. Very quiet and clean. The lady at the check in desk wasn't at the desk when I arrived, but I didn't wait long. She was very apologetic and friendly.

Ok place

Pros: The coffee
Location: It's one exit away from shops and restaurants.
It was fine for one night . The room was clean. The fitness center was under construction of some kind so couldn't use that. The hot tub wouldn't turn on and the breakfast was so full of people there was no place to sit. We grabbed a coffee and left. The coffee was really good though!

Pros: Staff was very nice.
Cons: The room smelled weird. Almost like they had shampooed the carpets but it never fully dried so it was mildew-y.
Location: location was great for what i needed

We look be staying here. They allow dogs & it's close to everything we do. It's our 2nd time to stay here.

Great Hotel. Clean and Quiet

Pros: Clean rooms and quiet area
This hotel was great. Since it is brand new everything is clean and nicely prepped. Even with the construction outside (other buildings around it being built) it was still very quiet within my room. I will definitely be coming back here for my next trip to Dallas/McKinney.

Rented a room for 5? You only get sleep space 4 4

Rented a room for 5 people. Hotel clerk was nice but brand new. I had rented a room for 5 people and I was put in a room with 2 queens and no couch or cot or anything else. I told the clerk this and it just didn't compute. I asked for more pillows as now, obviously, someone would have to sleep on the floor. I got "the maids have exactly the number of pillows they need and I can't give you more. Come back in the morning and I can give you more pillows.". What? Exactly what good does this do me? We were there for one night. Won't recommend this to anyone else.

Roomed smelled like mildew. Two bulbs out and asked front desk to replace, but it never happened. Called later in the day and they said only maintenance could replace bulbs and they were gone for the day. Breakfast included fake bacon and cold gravy. Staff seemed inconvenienced. Curtains were raggedy.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY AND CLOSE TO WHERE WE WANTED

Location: GREAT SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY EAST WEST AND SOUTH
SPA WAS NOT WORKING AND STAFF WAS UNAWARE OF THIS WHEN I INFORMED FRONT DESK. I HAVE NEVER HAD BACON THAT WAS SO THIN AND CRISP. I BELIEVE ROOM HAD ENOUGH ROOM IN IT TO HAVE A CHAIR OR SOFA. THERE WAS ONLY OFFICE TYPE CHAIR AT DESK. AREA IN CORNER WAS LARGE ENOUGH TO HAVE A LOVE SEAT OR NICE CHAIR. THOUGHT THIS WAS ODD THAT THERE WAS PROBABLY ENOUGH ROOM TO HAVE SECOND KING BED IN THAT BLANK SPACE IN THE ROOM. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT. WE PLAN ON USING THIS FACILITY AGAIN WHEN RETURNING TO THE AREA.

Nice hotel

Hotel has no name visible as you approach it. Only visible from South side. Also needs a few cosmetic fixes such as light at night stand didn't work fan in bathroom.etc
