It was amazing! When we first pulled up we were a lil nervous because it looked so sketchy on the outside but as soon as we got in there we quickly seen it was going through a remodel and everyone was so nice all the staff was awesome. The little lady that does the breakfast bar was so sweet and went above and beyond with my husband and son. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation

We checked in with the staff at the Best Western Tree City Inn, and it was a very pleasant stay there from day one. The staff was responsive, friendly, and helpful. In just a few moments we had our key and headed to our room. We appreciated the amenities, of our place, and the location near to shopping and dining facilities. The cost was reasonable, and they offered free breakfasts in the morning. When our vacation was over, we didn't want to leave. We'd recommend the Best Western Hotel in McMinnville to anyone. We'd like to return someday.

Beware if you have a service animal. You will get disrespected by the day front desk. She will accuse you of lying about the animal being a service animal. Night shift saw all the documentation and had no problem. Will not be staying here again.

The desk person seemed confused when I asked about AARP discount. Couldn't get info into the computer. I NEVER did get a final price with aa discount. Sink was dirty. This property is in the middle of construction and renovation. Our room was newly renovated and was super cute. But the bathroom was was still a little dated and the walk in shower (handicap available) had some mold around the grout on the bottom. Biggest disappointment was the pool wasn't available due to its reno. I didn't see anything on Expedia about that until later found it in customer remarks. Once renovated, this might be a really nice place to stay.

For the most part it was outstanding, disappointing that they are under construction, so couldn’t go in the pool, but the actual room was comfortable and clean, wish they had 24 hour coffee and snacks available and not just vending machines, staff was awesome, especially Juanita who was responsible for setting up breakfast, a wealth of information on the area and very welcoming and friendly.

The renovations to lobby and grounds will be lovely when complete. Once we got into a room, it was very nice. We understand staffing is difficult and in training, but were not given front desk price match to earlier Best Western's phone call agent. Despite renovation appearance, we were not allowed to see a room until after registration, so 1st night we stayed elsewhere.

Expedia’s booking price was not honored. When I booked, it was 120 including all taxes but when I checked out I was charged 23 some more dollars. Upon questioning and showing a screenshot of Expedia’s booking the hotel receptionist, Kalen, promised to refund the money. But upon calling after a day, she refused and told me to talk to Expedia’s rep. Very unprofessional.
