Excellent, low priced hotel!

Pros: Newly restored, and spotlessly clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us! If you have a problem (we didn't), it's clear that the staff would fix it asap!
Cons: Guide to local amenities in the room would be helpful.
Location: Good food, but rural location - didn't stay long enough to research the area.
This is the cleanest, friendliest, most pleasant low-priced hotel I have ever stay at - and I have considerable numbers of years' experience. Highly recommended!!!

they are in the process of remodeling so we had new carpet and room was clean. only suggestions are don't be stingy with the towels and uodate the bes covers

We are glad that you did enjoy the stay, and we are sorry about the towels, we were pretty booked that day and sorry we forgot to double check the room for the towels, but we want to make sure that does not happen again. We are still updating and the bed comforters are part of the update.

Convenient and Clean Hotel

The stay was amazing. Extremely clean rooms and very quiet which was a big plus. The service desk people were very welcoming- which made our stay even better. Will definitely return!!

Clean and comfortable

This is a decent hotel. Help was pleasant and polite. Rooms were clean, comfortable and everything worked.

The hotel manager was very kind. He allowed me to check in early on announced. The room was freshly cleaned laundry was freshly laundered. No issues in the room to report except I had some trouble with the TV but the TV wasn't really important to me so I wasn't worried about that. The location is good it is a very small town so just very few restaurants around the closest restaurant to the hotel is a McDonalds. I needed to find a Walmart in the closest Walmart was 30 minutes the opposite direction so that was a little inconvenient before where I was trying to go the location of the hotel was good. Because it's next to the road it was a little bit loud but the other tenants were respectful of others that we're staying in the hotel room so not too noisy with the other tenants in the hotel. All in all I would stay here again.

My room at the hotel was clean and well stocked.

They didn't have my reservation when I booked it through Expedia 4 days in advance. I had to fill out paperwork about my "reservation." This was my first time booking through Expedia, i don't know if it was the hotel or Expedia. But for a first time user I wasn't not satisfied.

Poor

There was a dead cockroach, the carpet was dirty & the beds were not comfortable. It was not the best hotel.
