I had a wonderful experience at the Melia Lisbon. The check-in process was seamless thanks to Gonçalo, who was professional and made us feel very welcome right from the start. The hotel itself is pristine everything is clean and modern. One of the highlights was the food; we visited all three restaurants during our stay and were impressed by the variety and quality. Every dish was delicious. I would definitely stay here again

I had a really great experience from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The staff greeted us warmly, gave us a tour, and showed us the main areas of the property. There was also a lovely welcome with wine and a delicious snack waiting for me in the room. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is brand new, modern, beautifully designed, and very clean. One of my favorite touches was the pillow menu. The pillows were extremely comfortable, which is very important to me because a great night’s sleep can really make a difference when traveling. The massages were amazing, and the spa was beautiful and very relaxing. The food was excellent as well, especially the breakfast! Overall, a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Keep up the amazing work!

The food at Fismular restaurant is hands down quality food in its esthetic, ambiance and staffs! Most hotel restaurants take forever and food is okay. The beddings, mattress, pillows and comfort of the room kept us over sleeping almost every night! My kids loved it!!! Thank you!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service there is the best service I’ve ever had! As soon as you arrive, they took our bags immediately and brought them in and asked us if we wanted any beverages. We even arrived way earlier than our check-in time, and they got us checked in super early. They gave us a welcome beverage, free chocolates, and every time the room got cleaned they left little gifts next to some of the items we had in the room like a bookmark next to our book and sunglasses cleaning cloth next to our sunglasses. The service from every single person working there was 10/10. I wish I could get the same service everywhere I go! The room was also amazing, and the bed was super cozy! The rooftop pool has such a nice vibe to it, and a great view. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I would!
