Good location and easy walk to main sights. You can get breakfast of rolls etc in adjacent coffee shop however 1 minute walk away is a lovely restaurant which does an excellent warm breakfast called Anaya. There is no ramp to enter or exit the hotel therefore we did struggle to carry our cases up the stairs upon arrival therefore I would say this hotel isn’t very suitable for people with accessibility issues. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel is very good especially the public spaces however our in our room the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned or the bathroom bin emptied until we asked for it to be done. The room also wasn’t hovered during our 5 night stay however due to the room being very small as we booked a small twin on hindsight we should of booked a family room this may of been due to the lack of access to the floor with two large suitcases filling up the room and having to live out of them as very limited space to store the cases or hang up your clothes. For a 1 to 2 night stay this hotel is great however for longer stay the smaller rooms for two people with 2 large suitcases isn’t ideal. Would I stay again yes however would book a family room for that little extra space.

The location, staff, and everything about the Alex Hotel was perfect. Only negative factor was the nearby bar with live band playing late into the night. The hotel did provide earplugs.

It was a pleasant stay however wrestling with the sheets which were too small for the bed was annoying..The gym had new machines and the pool was nice .. The rooftop area was very relaxing ..

The hotel was fantastic. Really elegant amd comfortable. Breakfast is simple but of an excellent quality.

Very clean rooms, staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
