“The staff is under trained, the food does not reflect the price, treat their staff terribly in front of their guests, the water is more expensive than food itself. I was not prepared for the condition of the room I used. It was so dirty, especially the bathroom. The only area they give a little maintenance is the yard. “Stay at your own risk! Especially, if you’re not from el Salvador. If for some reason you are not satisfied and plan to leave early. They will advise they can make a refund to a bank acct. But, they don’t tell you it needs to be local bank in El Salvador. One of the rooms provided was infested with bed bugs and they refused to refund me the night that I got ate up by bugs. They close the lobby at night. So when I needed help at 2 am there was no one available and the “security” guard told me……
