Pathetic customer service First of all no one answers the call And just in case if you arrive little late staff will ask you to pay more at the counter to get your room, blaming you are late Waste of money for. 5 star hotel with third class service. Never visiting again here

Going to Makkah? Heads up, never stay at Hilton Convention Makkah!!! When I arrived I found out that my original booking was cancelled by the management without being notified. I was transferred with my family to temporary rooms as I was promised to get my originally booked suite the next morning. The temporary rooms turned out to be dismal, with aging furniture, stained carpets, and cracked countertops in the washroom. Ultimately, not only did I fail to regain my suite, but I was also charged more than the agreed-upon amount for my original booking.

Clean property close to Haram. Good and friendly staff. The prayer area on the 3rd floor is a big plus. Would recommend Hilton Makkah Convention to anyone visiting.

Very good stay staying at Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel. The only thing to be kept in mind is the walk back to the hotel from Khana-e-Kaaba is uphill which can be a problematic when you are tired or if you have any health related issues.

Hotel is bit far from Haram than I expected. Taxi drivers are always confused to find thishotel even you tell them right location, since there are more than one Hilton hotels in Makkah. There is upslope of street coming back to hotel, so be mentally prepared for it. My room key card stopped working couple of times, so I had to take it back to lobby for reactivation. There is street with very busy traffic that you will have to cross to get to Haram.
