Incompetent and unprofessionall staff

This place is not worthy of the Fairmont sign at the door. Deceiving advertizing of (Haram View) does not allow you to see Kaaba. Even with the upgrade I paid for, they put us in a side room viewing part of Kaaba. Fixing this could only be by putting us in a medical room with many inconveniences. Even though I had noted to 2 duty managers and the housekeeping supervisor about the houskeeping timing I requested, they never did show up at that time. Total disaster when it comes to dealing with guests by promising to call back and it never happens. The room AC was not working and they had to send a technician to fix it. The paid internet does not work properly through the website to be set up. Calling 3 different people to get it fixed was frustrating especially when one of them claimed, flsely, I did not leave a deposit upon check-in. The noise transfers like nothing before between rooms so we could hear everything the kids next door shouted and yelled.
