I go mecca every year this time I decided to stay on faimont clock tower it was really bad experience hotel check in was good it was before arrival time but only problem was with breakfast in the morning I thought it's a 5 star hotel so breakfast will be good but it was not everyday same breakfast was served and I was tired of same thing and plus it was buffet breakfast which suppose to be warm but I was not at all I also complaint to restaurant manager but nothing was filed on board everyday same cold breakfast anyways now I come to hotel room, it's a 5 star hotel so room should and toilet should be upto date but when I entered in the toilet there only standing shower and no soap or shower gel holder where we keep our stuff while taking bath and also bath room tiles was broken stain under the washbasin, and also there was no cover for TV remote which is not good for health and safety I have took the pictures of every thing which I will post on expedia. About room service we have go and tell him can u please clean the room for us if we don't Ho room service guy don't come for days and you have to stay in mess. I don't think I have stayed in 5 star hotel and was really unhappy Thank you

They dont give you the room what they show

They dont give you the room what they show on hotel website, i paid extra for Haram view and they gave me the Haram view where i have to go in to the corner of the room window and strach my self to find Haram, but online they show different, they gave me the room which has smoke smell, toilet has privous tenant hair in there, towel was not clean properly , i mean come on paying $1850 for 5 nights , i think you deserve better than that.

Excellent location

Wonderful Hotel with excellent location, however need to work on their in room dining menu as it is very limited. Also the elevator system is confusing and need to have sign board inside each one to indicate where to go.

Actually one of worst branches of fairmont on the world,, Bad attitude from stuff Delaying everything Expensive prices Rooms are not cleaned as well Really I was shocked from fairmont mekkah .
