A Comfortable Stay

Pros: Proximity to our purpose for being in Mechanicsville. Very conformable.
Cons: No worries.
Location: Perfect for our purpose.
The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

we we were delighted when we arrived early about 12 and we were able to get a room that we had reserved without having to wait. They didn't have our exact room ready but they gave us an upgrade with no extra charge.

Only 2 hotels to choose from!

Hotel was clean, minimal, as was room. Beds were very hard and only double beds (had 3 adults) which made it difficult to have a restful night. Breakfast was sufficient. When comparing price and quality, felt like we overpayed. Not a lot of choices in Mechansville. Not sure what other option would have been like.

The desk clerk was a young man who needed major training. The water pressure for the shower was awful. The refrigerator in the room was not on, and when we ask to have it turn on you would have thought we ask for the world. When it was turned on we shut it down an hour later, because of the noise it made.`

Sad Hampton Inn Guest!

Just ok. Very disappointed Pool was not heated. Staff never offered to heat even though they said there were several complaints. Also no secure wi- Fi, again staff was no help. Could never use indoor heated pool or wi- Fi for 4 nights. Paid more to stay for these 2 main reasons.
