“Great service”

“This property was one of dirtiest hotels we have experienced. We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. The carpet looked like it had been there since the seventies, looked very dirty and the bathrooms were in dire need of repair and cleaning. I would not recommend staying at this property! “Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. Breakfast was better than most - I got to eat something for we left for the day, and there was coffee and juice available. The A/C in our room was preset to a standard comfort level, but we were able to……

The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. “I was coming down from Pennsylvania to Lexington Park little pleasure little Work, but the front desk staff on the Fourth of July was absolutely amazing. She was so precious and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about her. The breakfast was amazing on Sunday. Everything was awesome.”

“The room had a sofa and desk seating area when you walked in the room. The bathroom was next and then the bedroom. The bedroom had the a/c unit. In order to cool off the sofa area the a/c had to be set below 70. Then you got a freezing bedroom and a much warmer sofa area. The sofa was very hard. We looked at the pullout mattress, but it was lumpy and you could feel the springs. The actual bed was fine and the walk-in shower was great.”
