Change of Owner, Asean to Radisson

the hotel is ungoing changing of ownership the new owner had renovated the hotel quite nicely compare the first time i visit this hotel.. maybe it was just renovated rooms are nicely done except the swimming pool is gone and the breakfast still need improvements. overall is worth the money.

The hotel location is great as the famous restaurant is nearby.Counter service is fast, But disappointed with the bathroom in the room.where the bathing water was flooded in the bathroom.On the 2nd day we request to change to another room but the same problem occured.Hope the management take it seriously into this matter as last year we encountered the same problem.

When I am staying there around 1 am opposite my room wart flow n about 6 rooms was flooded at 9th floor. I have to call them to request for change of room. They dun take the initiative to ask the affected hotel guests to change room. What a bad service of the hotel. Will not stay there again and as well as I will infd my friends not to stay in this hotel.

Quick stopover

Pros: The bed!!
Cons: The porter staff
Location: good central location, 20 mins from airport and close Sun Plaza fro shopping
We were there for a quick stopover and the place did the job for the price. Bed was comfy and clean rooms and friendly staff in general. The only issue we had was organising transport from the porters. They wanted to charge us 10 times the cost to the airport than we paid for the same route getting too the hotel. Clearly wanted their 'cut'. We asked for assistance from the hotel staff but got no support. Should only cost 50,000 IRP not 500,000!! We ended up going onto the street and organising our own, but because of the delay almost missed our flight.
