Fine for one night but overpriced

It's ok but overpriced. There were stains on pillows, duvet and sheets. Breakfast was nice but the room was only ok

Pelayanan dan System Grand Angkasa Hotel Medan

Service counter boy tidak komunikatif pada saat saya menanyakan room rate dengan Accor membership. Mobil saya dikenakan charge parkir, walaupun saya menginap. Saya menggunakan extra bed, tetapi, dari restaurant menengur keluarga saya dengan mengatakan bahwa kamar saya tidak mendapat breakfast. System dan komunikasi hotel termasuk cukup kurang baik.

Good room size but why no towels?

Plus points: Good room size. Jacuzzi and steam bath is a big plus point. Food at restaurant is also great and reasonably priced. Breakfast serves reasonable good spread but a bit expensive. Water pressure in the bath is good. Minus points: 1. There was no towels in rooms. Booked 2 rooms both also none. Called housekeeping for 3 times only they sent. 2. Swimming pool tower seems to be whiter than room towels. 3. The security key to enter each floor is very inconvenience if u have friend staying in other floor. You can't enter that floor if your room is from different floor.

Upgraded to suite room

Hotel location at the heart of the city. But main lobby under renovation. As the day of my booking is full. We were upgraded to the suite room as we have a night check in due to our night flight into medan.

Ok, but not great

Not safe neighborhood. No surrounding restaurant, cafe,etc., except KFC.

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your feedback following your stay at Grand Angkasa Medan. I am sorry to read that you found the neighborhood unsafe & with little choice of nearby restaurants. As a matter of fact our area is very secure, and our Neighbor is the military police which makes the area very safe. In regards to choice of eateries, we are within walking distance of Merderka Walk and Centre Point shopping centre which both offer extensive choice. Whitin the hotel we also offer a variety of choice, including our premium Chinese restaurant Chrystal Jade. As part of the renovation of our hotel, we will further enhance our food and beverage outlets in the coming months. Bom preço e conforto

Longe do Aeroporto mas bom hotel para curta estadia...somente dormi de 1 dia para o outro mas localização boa e quarto confortável.
