Nice location in the city

Good hotel but there was downs and sad back which could improve.fridge was not working and rooms dark need additional lights.shower bidet was licking and was replace.could improve for better 5 start hotel.after so much of complains of ironing wire was short circuit and fridge was not working there was not even a complimentary fruits for thanks givin or some drinks was offered as 4 sad backs findings was faulty.

Value-for-money local top-rated hotel

The hotel front desk staff was kind to upgrade me and my guests to the next room category. Hotel has extensive breakfast selection and was connected to Cambridge Mall which made grocery shopping at great convenience. On a side note, the internet is very unstable and I have to login repeatedly to get access.

Oasis in Medan

Pros: Staff, proximity to food and beverage outlets and a good supermarket downstairs in the Mall.
Location: Above Cambridge shopping Mall, 10 mins walk to Sun Plaza Mall and also the Rahmat Taxidermy Museum and Gallery.
Hotel staff were lovely, friendly and efficient and dealt with any concerns and issues (had to change my mini bar fridge, as not working) quickly and without fuss. Room was spacious and everything in good condition. A very pleasant stay.

Hotel location is nice within the city area

Spa was great, nice room service

Pros: Spa and Room Service
Cons: Breakfast spread can be less oily and salty if possible.
Location: Location is convenient next to a mall but I did not have a chance to explore as it was a night stay.
Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to the Junior Suite, the room is big and renovated. I went for a 90 min massage which was pleasant and relaxing. I called for room service and staff kindly made a special meal (grilled oxtail with soup and rice) as I do not want spicy food. The only booboo was a suddent blackout around midnight, for 1 min, when I was about to sleep. That freaked me out, and I had to sleep with all the lights and TV on.. This stay can be more restful if not the blackout

Hope the hotel will see some renovation works soon

It was a stop over, 1-nite stay. There was a party going on and it was not quiet. However, once in the room, the noise was dampened. Had pizza at the cafe on the level that oversees the city. Food was quite tasty.
