Towels are very old , look grey. Do not have hair condinationer.

Our first visit to Medon Indonesia and the Marriot has to be the finest hotel in the sprawling city. A beautiful upscale high rise with an awesome staff, great food, all amenities and outstanding security. We were upgraded to the penthouse floor. The cost per day was very very reasonable for the outstanding accommodations and services. Stay there - you will be pleased !

5-star hotel that could do better in service

For check in, I was attended to by a female staff who did not offer a smile at all. It was so unpleasant I wanted to tell her off. For a 5 star hotel and to be working at the front desk, her attitude sucks. The toilet facilities on the ground floor was poorly maintained. Shocking for a 5-star hotel that there was no more toilet roll in the cubicle and no staff was anywhere in sight to service the place.

Grand hotel

Pleasantly surprised. We were only there for a night stop over before going to the airport from the jungle but had a surprisingly nice experience. The bar in the basement was very calm and we felt that we could have been in any modern major city - a nice respite from the noisy bustle of Medan.

Excellent hotel to stay but the services do not comes free. The hotel levey a service charged for the stay on top of the room rate.

Great stay

Great stay, by far the BEST option in the whole city (we stayed at a few different hotels this trip) Disappointed the wifi in rooms wasn't included. But otherwise clean, great breakfast, safe, friendly staff.

Good overall service but deteriorating breakfast q

over all was good stay. just that the breakfast buffet food quality has dropping compared to 2 years ago. We stay in this hotel every 6 months.
