Never coming back

This was my 3rd time in Cabo & I will never come back here again. By noon time there are no pool towels. Takes over 1/2 hr to place an order.

2 star hotel at best

Never had such a bad service at a resort. We get here, their system error- no room for the first day. We were sent to different hotel. All inclusive but you can't even place an order to get the food or drinks. Food is always cold! More often than none, out of pool towels for the guests and hound you on where u can take those towel & where you can't.

Very disappointed

On the day we arrived they told us that the hotel was overbooked and we didn’t have the room we reserved! They gave us a room we didn’t reserve which was absolutely horrible and dirty. We had to argue with the front desk for an hour and the guy said if you don’t like the room Than you should leave the hotel! ☹️ The next day we finally got a room that was ok but we wasted an entire day figuring out where to sleep! Never coming back to this hotel again! Waste of time and money!!!

Perfect location

The hotel is older so some updates are needed, but it is nicely maintained. The food and service were great. There were always seats available at the beach and pool. Good mix of families and couples. Great location to the Marina(walking distance). Would definitely return.

Great, clean hotel close to beach!

Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: Toilets and safe
Location: Marina and shopping, beach and pool.
The hotel was very clean and close to the beach. The food was good and fresh. Not many options for different food places on the property but we were able to use the sister hotel next door for food options. Our toilet did not work well in our room which was disappointing. The plumber had to be called different times. The safe wouldn't lock at one point but was easily fixed once we called maintenance. We should have asked for a different room because of the toilet but didn't want to deal with moving all of our things.

Not recommended. The hotel is outdated.

Liked being right on the beach. Food was good. It is nice to be able to eat at a total of 3 hotels. All inclusive made everything so easy. Enjoyed being able to swim in the ocean and the pool. The staff was very pleasant other than the people working in the lobby trying to push the time share breakfast. When we were not interested, they were not happy.

Everyone and everything was great! Staff was wonderful and accommodating rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is the best!

Great location

We have stayed here many times, seemed to go downhill a little this time. Mixed information from concierge regarding excursions. They need more choices for places to eat.
