The staff were always pleasant

The corridor in the hallway was a bit noisy sometimes and the walls were thin so you could hear people walking above but not terrible. Try to stay in the middle not either end of corridor .The pool was clean and a decent size. Overall I would stay again it is a decent price on a budget. The staff were all very helpful and it is a reasonable walking distance to Medano beach and downtown.

Staff was great!

Let me first start by saying the staff at Quinta De Sol were great! From the check-in to the great servers catering to us for breakfast. The pool area was decent and clean so we enjoyed it everyday because it was hot. The hotel did have a problem with flies around the pool and outdoor patio that was bothersome. They didn't seem to be a problem anywhere else on property. For the price this hotel was adequate enough with only a few minutes walk to the Marina and downtown Cabo! If you are trying to save a few bucks so you can do more stuff in town then a good stay!

Decent hotel close to beach

The rooms were nice! Nicer than the comments said, so my expectations were surpassed. Staff was very sweet and caring. Perhaps the one thing I would ask them to work on is the transportation to and from the airport. They need more available times because we were on a time crunch due to the transportation we booked at the hotel.

Room beds clean and comfortable. Good value for price. Motel feel. Pool area sold for private parties each day of my stay.

Close to beach and marina

Staff was Friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Close walk to the beach and downtown shopping by the Marina

Great location!

Pros: Location, location! Staff friendliness, free parking, security onsite.
Cons: Deep clean the bathrooms and fix what is broken.
Location: 10 min walk to Medano Beach, 10 min to all the downtown nightlife, easy highway access, 20 min to the Marina, 25 min to catch a water taxi
The facility is a few blocks away from the party area and extremely close to the main highways leading to Todos Santos, La Paz, and the airport, and within 10 minute walk to the Medano beach. The service was good but don't expect anyone to carry your bags to the second floor and/or give you info on how to use the safe. Parking onsite with a security guard 24/7. The suite we stayed in was roomy but the bathroom needed some deep cleaning and maintenance - there was a lot of mold all around the tub (which was way too big for the little space), the toilet was broken, and towel rack was broken as well. All in all, it is a good value. A night cab from downtown will cost you M$150. The concierge referred us to a cool seafood restaurant that was pretty good " Tres Istas". The pool on the pictures looks decent but it is extremely small and uninviting in person. I recommend it, just check your room prior to unpacking your bags and ask for a different room if needed!
