Nice hotel! Very esthetically pleasing. Confusing part was payment at the end of the meals and drinks even tho I was all inclusive. but the staff was great!

Very nice hotel, very clean..the staff was really good and accommodating.. love the pool..the food/Buffett for the entertainment was not so good..the sports bar had really descent food, steaks, ribs, seafood, salads was excellent!

Starting to get run down!

Pros: Location and overall amenities and activities
Cons: New beds, carpets in halls, maintenance of elevators
Location: Not quite walking distance to all the activities of Medano Beach and downtown, bell staff has constant shuttles running that are very inexpensive.
Overall property is great but conditions have gone down hill making way to many better options now. They haven't kept up on maintenance. One elevator was constantly broken and people got stuck multiple times. Our bed had a huge dip in the middle. Staff is only somewhat friendly (which has always been the case here) and really make you feel like you are putting them out of there way. Exception being the staffer who checked us in and always the bell staff. Although they have added a new taco bar, we have been coming here for 5-years and each year we have seen it degrade.

Pros: Proximity to beach, staff, and cleanliness of rooms and entire facility.
Cons: Food. Although not terrible it was bland and not too tasty. There is a humid odor in the rooms at times I wasn't sure where it was coming from.
Location: You do not have to leave the resort because everything is there such as the beach, restaurants, entertainment, grocery store and fitness center.
We enjoyed our stay. We received a free upgrade to a room with a better view and a queen bed after we asked for a queen bed and an ocean view. We were very pleased. We mentioned it was our wedding anninversary and on one day after we returned to our room from breakfast they had a chocolate strawberries on a plate on the kitchen counter that had beautiful writing that read Happy Anniversary in chocolate syrup.

GREAT HOTEL

Pros: CLEAN! Friendly staff
Cons: The communication between what Expedia offers and the Shuttle services are not what I received.
Location: The restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping are very clean, friendly, and welcoming.
Extremely clean, great staff, very comfortable, very safe. The beach is so clean, not one piece of trash anywhere on the beach! We are so impressed!

Incredible location with beach front.

Had a blast. All inclusive is the only way to go. Food was excellent and so were drinks. Pool side waiters were excellent. Rooms were not so clean and maids were hard to speak with in English. The shows at night especially Michael Jackson was top notch.

Needs to be updated

Great location on Medano beach! We didn't like having to sign each time we ordered anything even water! None of the other all inclusive resorts we've been to has been like this one where you have to sign each time to eat or get water. What's the point when we have an all inclusive wrist band? It was very annoying. The resort is outdated and needs a major facelift. We chose this resort this time because we brought our 19 year old son and his friend. it's perfect location for them. Walking distance to the marina and downtown.

nice stay with kids

Staff was amazing, they are soooo friendly and nice, food was ok nothing to fancy or amazing, If you wanna get drink on the bar big lines, and the rooms are not update at all, but for the kids was perfect, has a big pool slider and they loved, but the kids playroom very expensive to leave them to play, not so much more activited for the little ones besides the pool, just if you wanna expend more money on the kids gym! And very bummer we couldn't eat on del arco, not so much choices!
