Great hotel close to Santa Fe Mall

Hotel is well located at Poblado area and Santa Fe Mall is just steps away. Hotel staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel has breakfast included, which is convenient. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Excelente ubicación y tal vez el mejor de Medellin

La ubicación muy buena porque está a la espalda del centro Río Sur donde hay buena oferta de discotecas y bares y a poca distancia de la Strada también llena de restaurantes, además de otros restaurantes y comida rápida. Además está a una cuadra de un mall muy surtido y en una zona muy tranquila. Habiendo visitado varios hoteles en la ciudad creería que es uno de los mejores hoy en día. Las habitaciones amplias y muy bien cuidadas y todos los servicios de un cuatro estrellas.

Centrally located and convenient in a quiet area

Very very helpful staff especially Alexandra at the front desk who helped us with our medical emergency. Food was good especially the buffet breakfast!

El hotel es muy bueno, muy buen desayuno y ubicación. Lamentablemente no cuidan temas como reparaciones locativas y una noche me toco soportar taladro a la 1 am.

Disappointing

The service at breakfast was very slow as it was also in the bar. Very disappointing for such a major brand as NH.
