The beds were wonderful. The rooms did not smell like cleaning solution as so many do. AC was quiet. We will definitely stay here again. Great price for what we got. The bar and food were excellent too.

Overall it was fine. But it’s a little tired. Has great amenities such as pool, not open yet but hot tub was, and tennis courts. The grounds looked lovely. Have Tesla chargers really close. Luna Cafe restaurant was convenient for dinner after a long day of driving. Bed was comfy and rooms were really spacious which is nice.

I checked into the hotel on March 29th in the evening time. The receptionist at the check in desk was very pleasant & did her job very well. I wish I could remember her name to include in this review. She asked me if I had a preference on which floor I would like my room to be on. I choose the 3rd floor. The awesome receptionist offered me a room that had a gorgeous view of the mountains & view above the pool & hot tub. I felt very welcomed. The landscaping is very nice with tree’s, plants, flowers, beautiful & very well kept up. I decided to partake in the wonderful continental breakfast. I appreciated the variety of items to choose from. My room was super relaxing & the I had great night sleep both nights I stayed. All the staff I came in contact with were very professional & did their jobs well. Thank you Ashland Hills Hotel & Suite’s. I definitely will make reservations here in my future stays.

I've stayed here several times. However, this time there were several annoying inconveniences. The television remote did not work. The internet was having issues and I had to use my cellphone as a hot spot. And the alarm clock had the wrong time on it. Small issues, but enough to put me out of sorts.

The hotel has an EV Charger. That's a huge plus! And the staff is super smart and helpful. This hotel is my new go-to place whenever I'm overnighting in Ashland.

Property is well-maintained and up-to-date. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Staff is charming and eager to please. Breakfast very ordinary. A good value in the off season.

We chose this hotel because of great reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We’re on the road and needed a quiet room so the gentleman at check in worked hard to accommodate our request along with giving us a lot of helpful information. The other plus we looked for was a restaurant on site and this one exceeded expectations.

We were on the first floor, and have two dogs. It was nice to just walk out the sliding door, and onto the patio and grass area. We made sure to pick up any dog poop, and left the area as we found it. Very convenient

The free breakfast was did not meet past experiences. No Scrambled eggs or bacon. Not good. Coffee also seems to have taken a hit. Dup the egg/potato/cheese idea. Definetly did not hit the mark which you have done for years that we have been coming......

Great location and easy stay with pet. Due to traveling on holiday, however, we arrived on Christmas day so unfortunately the only restaurant there and merchantile were closed. We had few options.

We like to stay this hotel. it's old and somewhat dirty. However it has nice mid-century style and staff are nice. Family and pets friendly hotel as well. Especially my kids like breakfast and they can make wonderful waffle themselves.

The property was outdated, but the room and the communal areas were clean. At the bar we order a drink and before we had the drink they demand payment. The bartender was great but the person taking the order no too friendly.
