We enjoyed our stay so much. We enjoyed the herbal tea and hot water that was out in the lobby to make any time. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was great. Thank you!

The staff after 3 rings of bell appeared, however after that she immediately was gracious kind and curtous. Expressing concerns of partner unable to clible stairs, she immediately placed us ground level. Only real displeasure, is paying 30.00ot for my pet, and no pet area saddens me. Amber is my companion on training, I will always pay for her with a ile, but it saddens me no areas are set aside for them to go potty Walking them in your landscaping is not right, despite cleaning up after them. Concrete and pavement they do not approve over..

We enjoyed our stay and a good breakfast. Taking our dog for a walk was easy. Bed was comfortable and the dog gifts were very thoughtful. We will stay here again, much better than the hotels in Grants Pass.

This is a very pet friendly hotel and our room smelled that way. A couple hours with the window open in December and it was OK for the night. Otherwise it was an over all good experience.

The room was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was one item in the room I've honestly never seen...a wine bottle opener. Very nice touch, I wish more hotels had this one helpful item.

Not Impressed: Disappointed.
The hotel staff were friendly. The room clean but I was annoyed when I checked in and was given a notice that my room would only be cleaned on request. That daily I had to request my room service. I was completely annoyed the T.V. had no guide. When I went to the desk to ask how to get the guide they handed me a paper stating channels. I would not stay again because I needed to relax and not channel surf all evening. I also did not feel it my job to ask daily for my room to be cleaned.

Only concern was no elevator, and no first floor rooms available at check-in. My husband is disabled and after falling on the stairs, the staff was able to relocate us to a downstairs room for one night than move us to another room for the rest for our stay. They were EXTREMELY helpful, espesically Troy
