I loved having my own little studio apartment like room. Full fridge, very cute and had more amenities than i needed. 3:30 am shuttle to the airport was much appreciated!!

We really appreciate the front desk for making sure we got to our flight on time via a shuttle. The night crew was super helpful and very nice to us during transportation the night of 3/20/24. We definetly will be staying again the next time we have to fly out from Medford!

Reserved this stay through Expedia. Upon check in a $250 charge was reserved against my account. Attempted to check out the following morning. Candlewood was unable to process the check out due outstanding unauthorized charges against the room. In attempting to correct the problem four additional unauthorized charges were made against my bank account. In subsequent days all additional charges have been credited back but the original $250 hold is still pending my account.

Stayed here for a work trip. Service when u checked in was fine but checkout staff were short and clippy with me. Also the amount charged for the security deposit is insane. $250 for a room that was $100 for the night Also no breakfast served which is so strange to me.

I booked this stay as I had an early flight out the next morning. I was very impressed with how accommodating the staff were for all of my needs. The shuttle runs 24 hours and the late night staff had zero issues changing my departure time. I would stay here again based on the staff alone.

I had an unpleasant stay as the room's toilet was filthy and the sofa bed was in an unacceptable condition for use. The only solutions proposed were to either resort to using a communal bathroom or to relocate to a much smaller room. The sole redeeming aspect was the staff's readiness to engage in conversation.

The staff here was great, have yo drive about 2-3 miles to get dining options but area around is very quiet and plenty of grass for fur babies

We came in from a flight about 9:30 PM at RVIA, gave the front desk a call for a shuttle to bring us to the hotel, Lisa was the front desk employee of the night and picked us up in a Dodge Grand Caravan with hotel name on the side. She was super nice and bubbly and gave us some good tips and recommendations for our Oregon vacation. The hotel was just fine, no complaints and the staff the next morning to shuttle us to the car rental were also very kind and helpful was a great experience after a day of flying

Quick in an out in Medford.
I arrived at 12:30 AM made the call to the front desk and the car was there to pick me up in 5 minutes. My return to the airport at 4:30 am was as simple. The hotel staff is friendly and competent. Great place to stay.
