Great Stay

Posted Jan 16, 2017
Spacious room, very clean and smelled good. Great amenities, close to food and shopping, very quiet. Only bad thing was the bed- very lumpy and soft, also the check-in clerk needs to learn to Smile! I would stay here again, but ask for a firmer/newer bed.

Customer Service not #1 Thin Walls/Ceilings

Posted Jan 14, 2017
Booked online requesting non-smoking, king bed and pet friendly. Booked non refundable reservation. Beware, Upon arrival I was charged extra for the room and accused of trying to sneak my 18 lb dog in. Told "If" I had lied at check in they would have charged me an extra $200. At first the room appeared dated but was clean and had fresh linens. Looked forward to a much needed restful night. At 9 PM the sound of four leaf blowers bellowed in the Winco parking lot right outside our unlockable bathroom window and the occupants of the room above us arrived (Thought this was odd since hotel appeared near empty) We heard every step, word,"activity"and threat of the eventual ALL night fight! Hopeful the people would go to sleep, we finally called the front desk after 4 hours. That helped for 30 min. The argument continued Until 6 AM. Was thankful for the noisy Heater to create some white noise. The front desk said this was the room we booked online and they had no other room to move us too. There are many other options in this area, advise you check them out.

BED BUGS!!!

Posted Dec 5, 2016
I travel frequently, so I've learned not to rate hotels too harshly. That said, this experience was the worst that I've ever had at a hotel. When my girlfriend and I checked in (Thanksgiving night), we had to wait over thirty minutes to speak to the receptionist. She handed us our hotel key-cards and we went off on our merry way, or so we thought. The next morning, our cards would not work. So we went back to the front desk and swapped out cards. We had to do this same thing every day on our stay (four nights). The bed itself wasn't too bad; the television picture was crummy (HD TV's tuned to SD channels because they're too cheap to pay for HD) and the floors/walls captured everyone's sound. It was impossible to sleep through the noise. Lastly, it must be said - BED BUGS. My back was covered with bed bug bites. There were creepy crawlies moving on the floor of the bathroom. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time I'm spending the extra $ on a better place in Medford.

Nice location but terrible experience

Posted Nov 28, 2016
The bed wasn't comfortable, and the sheets had stains. The heater wasn't working.
