Nice location but terrible experience

Posted Nov 28, 2016
The bed wasn't comfortable, and the sheets had stains. The heater wasn't working.

WORST EVER

Posted Oct 17, 2016
Location: WORST EVER
Manager hasn't learned anything in OUR COUNTRY about customer service. What a joke this place is. This place was without question the worst place ever to stay. DON'T GO TO THE ECONOLODGE IN MEDFORD, OR.

Excellent reasonably priced place to spend a night

Posted Oct 11, 2016
Was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff upon arrival. Got a very clean and spacious suite. This hotel is minutes away from I-5, close to restaurants and shopping which is always a bonus. Will stay there again if I'll need a place to stay while in Medford, OR.

Terrible Guy

Posted Oct 2, 2016
Pros: None
Came in with so much arthritis pain in my legs and arms I requested a ground floor. Was told the hotel is full and and put us in 2nd floor & couldn't changed it. They told us they will help with out lugagges and to wait at the parking lot. The head guy told us that breakfast is not included but my bookings from Expedia say so. They never. came to help with our luggages. I also found out that they were not full. Lots of place have empty rooms in the ground floor. Another staff told me.
