Customer Service not #1 Thin Walls/Ceilings

Booked online requesting non-smoking, king bed and pet friendly. Booked non refundable reservation. Beware, Upon arrival I was charged extra for the room and accused of trying to sneak my 18 lb dog in. Told "If" I had lied at check in they would have charged me an extra $200.
At first the room appeared dated but was clean and had fresh linens. Looked forward to a much needed restful night.
At 9 PM the sound of four leaf blowers bellowed in the Winco parking lot right outside our unlockable bathroom window and the occupants of the room above us arrived (Thought this was odd since hotel appeared near empty) We heard every step, word,"activity"and threat of the eventual ALL night fight! Hopeful the people would go to sleep, we finally called the front desk after 4 hours. That helped for 30 min. The argument continued Until 6 AM. Was thankful for the noisy Heater to create some white noise.
The front desk said this was the room we booked online and they had no other room to move us too. There are many other options in this area, advise you check them out.
