Friendly staff checked me in quickly and with no hassle (appreciated, since I was tired from driving). Bed was very comfortable. Access to the room relative to parking was very convenient.

Overall the experience was great! What I didn’t enjoy though was noticing a blood stain on a clean towel after taking a shower. Not too sure if this was intended to happen but it wasn’t pleasant.

Lovely hotel near Southern Oregon Univ in darling Ashland, OR. The property is on the Main Street through town, but it is at the quieter end. The rooms have all of the comforts you need for a nice stay—comfy beds, functioning appliances, spacious room. There’s a breakfast and a pool for warmer months. The hosts are welcoming.

It is an older place but very clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a coffee shop you can walk to as well as a great Mexican restaurant. we've stayed there many times and will return. The price is awesome.

We had our dog with us and it was the first time staying with our bull mastiff in an hotel. I thought it was going to cost a fortune for her but it wasn’t. Then I didn’t know what to expect with the room, but it was clean and close to the doggie area. Will definitely stay there again with or without the pup.

The customer service was responsive, kind and accommodating. There were hairs in the sink and tub. The box fan and air system were caked in dirt and debris. I would recommend on price and service but not if you're a wuss about cleanliness.

Clean comfortable quiet room. Very friendly folks in the office. The Mexican restaurant out front, on their recommendation, was really good. Real coffee, rather than Nescafe, would be a welcome upgrade.

Nice clean quiet room, easy parking, quick friendly check in. Nice to have 2 working spaces (desks), fridge, micro, and Keurig. Room was a bit small, and toilet a bit cramped. Priced a bit higher than we're used to but perhaps because it was in town rather than the outskirts. No window on the entry side, just one on the back side...never seen that layout before.

The staff was excellent and respose to issues was prompt. Room was attractive and clean. Breakfast was adequate, though on the one busy morning i had to wait for the coffee machine line. I appreciate the illusion of espresso options, but a vaccuum carafe of plain coffee would speed me to my happy place. Fixtures in the room have largely seen better days, microwave was only partially functional, the fridge was ancient, though effective but no freezer. They happily swapped out the broken shower head. Staff was helpful when i needed to make a change to my itinerary. Overall a good value.

We only had a brief stay in Ashland and selected Flagship based on photos, amenities and other reviews. This property appears to be a remodeled Best Western (or similar) with basic bathroom fixtures and accommodations. The decor is updated and modern. Our room was on the back of the building and very quiet!
