Towel & bedding where adequate but couple bath towels had dark smudges in then.....thus they seemed dirty even thouythey smelled laundered. Dog friendly hotel but allies guests to keep dogs in cars barking. Many hotel workers gathered while smoking just outside lobby entrance many times during our 16 hour stay. No trashcan in our guest room so we had no choice but to gather trash in a dresser draw which already had a good amount of old trash inside.
After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby which was full of trash, someone finally arrived and gave me my room key. They told me there was only room left and there was currently no tv. Even though I reserved a queen size bed on Expedia the room had 2 twins which creaked and had some burns and stains. There were loud noises throughout the night that disturbed my sleep. It smelled strongly of smoke. The location and price were decent.

we don't have any twin beds here- you were upgraded to a room with 2 double beds. We are FULL since February 29th, which is why you got a room with no tv, and Tyler and I hadn't had a chance to take out the trash-we are the only 2 that work here 7 days a week. I highly recommend contacting the hotel directly in the future. You're welcome.

It looked like the homeless were housed in the motel. Dog's barking, noisy people next-door,,mold. The heater had a broken switch and had to go to the office and they came in and messed with the switch to get it to work and they were well aware of the problem.

We do not discriminate against our paying guests. We do accept any type of person here, so sorry if our other paying guests offended you. We are also pet friendly, which explains the dogs barking. There is no mold- I have certification of that.

We stayed a long weekend to attend a memorial service. The motel is budget and dog friendly with food and gas nearby. Staff were helpful and kind.
The check in clerk was very friendly, joked withbus as we checked in and just went that extra mile to make us geel at home

This was an unexpected start for my mother and I. I was truly hesitant at first because I had heard some "things" about this motel and it's location.
The first thing that caught me was not only was it under new management, but they were very respectful, helpful, and went; the extra mile to make this experience as comfortable as possible for mom and me.

We booked the room. When we got there, there they said . They had available rooms. They would put my money back on my card. I still haven't received it.
Tons of trash. Broken down rigs rooms are very outdated and just bible was holding up tv. Looks like a lot of people living there permanently shouldn't be even rentable to guest. If alone I wouldn't have stayed and should have tried to stay else where but it was late. Beds were new but pillows and blankets bad I luckily always bring my own blankets and pillows

I was only wanting a place to lay my head so at least it was that. The toilet needed a good scrubbing, the tv didn’t work and although it had a table there was no chair. There was a major gap in the door but at least it locked.

Kevin/Travelodge in Grants Pass lied & stole.
I can’t tell you about my stay. I wasn’t able to check in because the attendant wasn’t at the front desk. I arrived at the Travelodge at 2:50a to check in and no one was around. In the ten minutes I waited. I rang the “night bell” a few times. I yelled out to see if anyone was there or not. I even called the office while I was at the front desk and no one stepped out to help, so my friends and I left to find another place to stay.
at 3:05a i made the call to see if anyone was there yet to speak to about getting a refund. Kevin took my call and i relayed to him thay no one was there and he responded by saying that he was there the entire time, in the back office playing his game. He asked for my name and told me that they didn’t have my money.
I went to the virtual chat on Hotels.com and chatted with Elaine. she was helpful and courteous but informed me that she couldnt refund me. Kevin told her I checked in and he saw me leave, which was an all out lie. I told her I even have a video of us waiting with Kevin no where in sight!
But Elaine couldnt help me without breaking protocol. she isn’t to blame. she was doing her job as trained.
Im very displeased and disappointed.

The staff was great. The check in was awesome. But seeing people shooting up drugs while sitting on the staircase, the 7 cars being worked on in the parking lot and the man passed out infront of the vending machine with the needle in his arm was not a great reflection of what the property could be.

No, just avoid. The property is dilapidated; the shower was dirty, the location wasn’t good; the parking lot was dark; other than the staff who was great and friendly - I would never stay here again.

The office smelled like something died in there. The room was absolutely dirty, looked like the previous person left and we got the room directly after. Nothing was wiped down. The shower had mold on it, and the trowels had stains. Definitely learned my lesson and should have turned around when the light to the sign wasn’t even on. Waste of money. Will not be coming back. Please learn how to clean your rooms.

To stay at this little spot right off I-5, you need to CALL them DIRECTLY. Using a platform to book nearly cost me my room! However, the manager sorted it out and got my 2 other guests and myself into 2 rooms at great prices because of the stress and us pulling in at 3:30 am (short stay, only til 11 am the next day). Kevin did everything he could to make it right and put us up for the night. He is wonderful!
I was very disappointed to return to my room Saturday evening and find it had not been made up at all. Bed stripped with new linen but bed not made. Garbage can was full. Front desk was very helpful and attentive when I complained.

This motel is right off the highway. There is a restaurant very next to it. The motel is currently remodeling. The bathroom is brand new. The living area needs some improvements to make it look nicer. Otherwise good place to stop
